The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing an incidental sampling technique based on the Slovin formula to select a sample of 500 Generation Z respondents from South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted using the SMART PLS application.
