The article examines the aforementioned issue by initially presenting the relevant applicable regulations in this area. The article then discusses the comparative regulations in Sweden and Norway, as well as the regulations of Workplace Personal Assistant in the United Kingdom. Then, the article discusses the regulation in our Slovenian legal system. In the last part of the article are presented and analyzed four examples from the practice of users and their Workplace Personal Assistants from different parts of the Republic of Slovenia, which indicate some common characteristics"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek obravnava ureditev osebnega asistenta na delovnem mestu uporabnika predvsem z vidika vprašanja ustreznosti njegove ureditve. Uvodoma predstavi relevantne veljavne predpise na tem področju. V nadaljevanju pa obravnava primerjalno ureditev na Švedskem in Norveškem ter ureditev osebnega asistenta na delovnem mestu uporabnika v Združenem kraljestvu, nato pa ureditev v slovenskem pravnem redu.
