It was shown, that a second phase of ?$SrZrO_3$? can appear after the thermal treatment at 1300°C, if LSC is used as an interconnect. In the case of LCC as an interconnect material no ?$CaZrO_3$? was detected at the phase boundary after the thermal treatment. According to the element mapping the chromium phase can diffuse across the phase boundary from the interconnect into the anodic layer. Near the phase boundary in the anodic material the element mapping reveals the presence of calcium or strontium as well</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Z rentgensko praškovno difrakcijo, elektronsko mikroskopijo in elementno porazdelitvijo blizu fazane meje smo študirali kompatibilnost anodnega materiala (kompozit Ni in z ?$Y_2O_3$? stabiliziranega ?$ZrO_2$?) in materiala za vmesnik (lantanov stroncijev kromit - LSC ali lantanov kalcijev krmit - LCC) v visokotemperaturnih gorivnih celicah. Izkazalo se je, da na fazni meji anodni kompozit LSC vmesnik med termično obdelavo pri 1300°C lahko nastaja nova faza ?$SrZrO_3$?. Pri uporabi materiala LCC po 10 urni obdelavi pri 1300°C z rentgensko praškovno analizo nismo identificirali nastanka ?$CaZRO_3$?. Elementna porazdelitv blizu fazne meje je pokazala, da med kosintranjem anodne plasti in LCC- ali LSC-materiala za vmesnik kromova faza uide preko fazne meje.
