The varied conditions were the temperature, the concentration of reagents, the influence of the oxygen in the solutions and the radioactive medias. The studies of agueous solutions of low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste materials from Nuclear Power Plant Krško were made using a potentiodynamic polarization measurement. The results showed good corrosion resistance of the basic materials AISI 304L and AISI 316L, while the welds andheat-affected zone around were significantly less resistant, in particular,against pitting and crevice corrosion. A comparison of the materials AISI 304L and AISI 316L showed minor variations in the corrosion resistance. In water extracts of radioactive wastes, low and intermediate activities, the radioactivity of the media does not affect the corrosion rate</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Prispevek obravnava primerjavo korozijskih lastnosti avstenitnih jekel, sestave AISI 304L in AISI 316L, pri različnih pogojih. Spreminjali smo temperaturo, koncentracijo reagentov, prisotnost kisika v raztopini in radioaktivni medij. Vpliv vodnih raztopin gošč nizko in srednje radioaktivnih odpadkov iz Nuklearne elektrarne Krško na elektrokemijske lastnosti omenjenih jekel smo študirali s potenciodinamskimi meritvami. Dobljeni rezultati so pokazali, da sta osnovna materiala AISI 304L kot tudi AISI 316L dobro korozijsko odporna, medtem ko so zvari in toplotno vplivana cona okoli zvarov slabše odporni, predvsem proti jamičasti in špranjski koroziji. S primerjavo korozijskih odpornosti materialov AISI 304L in AISI 316L nismo ugotovili velikih odmikov med njima.
