Judiciary can achieve this with hard work in courts. Quality judiciary means not only quality of court proceedings, but much more. The most important are judges, but they are not the only ones. People will recognise quality judiciary if they have access to justice, which means that they have information about court proceedings. Judiciary must have enough financial and human resources that are effectively managed. Judges and court staff must be qualified for court jobs. Judges must be the best lawyers and must have knowledge of judgecraft, they must be educated in psychology and communicology. They must proceed with procedural justice. Supreme Court project Improving the Quality of Judiciary is working on these elements, and efforts were rewarded with national and international awards. But that is not enough because it is necessary to reform the State Law Exam and training for all future judges, advocates, state prosecutors, notaries and state lawyers"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Za sodno vejo oblasti je ključen njen ugled. Tega pa je mogoče doseči le s kakovostnim delom vseh v sodnem sistemu. Kakovost sodnega sistema ne pomeni le kakovostnega sojenja, ampak veliko več. Gotovo so najpomembnejši gradniki kakovosti kompetentne sodnice in sodniki, vendar niso edini. Da posameznik dojema sodni sistem in v njegovem okviru sojenje kot kakovostno, mora imeti zagotovljen dostop do sodišča, kar pomeni tudi dostop do zanj pomembnih informacij. Sodni sistem mora imeti na voljo zadostne finančne in človeške vire, ki jih učinkovito upravlja. Sodniki in sodne osebe morajo biti ustrezno usposobljeni za delo na sodišču, kar pomeni, da so vrhunski pravni strokovnjaki, ki obvladajo prvine komunikacije in psihologije, da znajo voditi postopke, upoštevaje načela postopkovne pravičnosti. Projekt Vrhovnega sodišča RS Izboljšanje kakovosti sodstva - IKS obravnava vse te elemente in je bil nagrajen na nacionalni in nadnacionalni ravni.
