The most important events in the valley are stressed - the fight among Lutheran nobility and catholic priests, that was centred around the question of rights to the church of Mother of God in Velenje, for which, with arguments of force or force of arguments, the castellan of Velenje Baltazar Wagen and the priest of Škala were fighting. The discussion is based on the documents from the former parish archive of the church of St. George in Škale, that was for objective or especially subjective reasons destroyed or lost. The author thus uses the extensive regesta, published by Ignaz Orožen, who was the only one still able to use the archival material before it was lost"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Razprava se osredotoča na najpomembnejše dogajanje, povezano z borbo med pristaši luteranstva ter katoličani v Šaleški dolini v zadnji četrtini 16. stoletja. Izpostavljeno je najodmevnejše dogajanje na tleh doline - spopad med luteranskimi plemiči in katoliškimi duhovniki, ki se je reševal pri vprašanju pravic do cerkve Matere Božje v Velenju, za katero sta se z argumenti sile ali s silo argumentov borila velenjski graščak Baltazar Wagen in škalski župnik.
