Although modern methods of work undoubtedly require adequate knowledge and competence, on the labour market we face low motivation regarding training, especially in older workers and the less educated. To this end, fiscal incentives and other mechanisms to enable easier and more efficient knowledge and competence acquisition in the digital period must be considered. Social partners play an important role here, as evidenced at the EU level with their adoption of a framework digitalisation agreement. Such activities should be continued and strengthened at the national level. Similar social partner activity is expected regarding artificial intelligence in employment relationships. Algorithms and other artificial intelligence tools have been increasingly shaping management, especially in terms of worker control, with the technological means for doing so almost endless. This has resulted in the need for regulation that respects worker dignity and privacy, and protects their other fundamental rights. The first serious test will be the discussion and sucsequent adoption of artificial intelligence regulation at the EU level, which is currently in the proposal phase</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Prispevek se osredotoča na dve posledici digitalizacije v delovnih razmerjih: usposabljanje in umetno inteligenco. Algoritmi in druga orodja umetne inteligence vedno bolj krojijo vodenje in zlasti nadzor nad zaposlenimi, saj so razsežnosti tehnologije skoraj brezmejne. Zato se kaže potreba po takšni regulaciji, ki bo spoštovala delavčevo dostojanstvo in zasebnost ter varovala druge temeljne pravice delavcev. Prva resnejša preizkušnja bo razprava in poznejše sprejetje uredbe o umetni inteligenci, ki je trenutno na ravni Evropske unije v fazi predloga</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-F4ZG5FN4"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:DOC-F4ZG5FN4" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-F4ZG5FN4/2b2c-a1fd741a77a-95-4dc6-99deea07396/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-F4ZG5FN4/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-F4ZG5FN4" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
