Results show that perceived external prestige augments corporate identification and helps to explain organizational commitment. A strong positive link between corporate identification and organizational commitment as well as group identification was also found. There is a negative link between group identification and organizational commitment. The consequences of the results for the management of organizational identification and commitment are discussed"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek obravnava odnos med skupinsko in korporacijsko identifikacijo, zaznanim eksternim prestižem in zavezanostjo organizaciji s strani zaposlenih. Rezultati študije kažejo, da zaznani eksterni prestiž povečuje korporativno identifikacijo in pripomore k pojasnitvi organizacijske zavezanosti. Prav tako je izkazana močna povezava med korporativno in skupinsko identifikacijo ter zavezanostjo podjetju. Medtem ko se je v študiji pokazala negativna zveza med skupinsko identifikacijo in organizacijsko zavezanostjo.
