This development marks an African assertion in terms of international relations. Focused primarily on the South African transition from apartheid to non-racial democracy, this essay reflectson reconciliation's current global currency, the ways in which it has complicated standing norms of political subjectivity and international law, and how the rhetorical operativity of reconciliation may stand in significant opposition to the logic of emergency that increasingly defines the west's approach to international "relations."</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V zadnjem desetletju sta ideja in praksa sprave igrali pomembno, morda osrednjo retorično vlogo v mednarodnem diskurzu oblikovanja narodov in demokratizacije. Ta razvoj zaznamuje afriško pozicijo glede mednarodnih odnosov. Članek obravnava - predvsem z vidika južnoafriške tranzicije iz apartheida v nerasistično demokracijo - globalno veljavo sprave v sodobnosti, z njo povezane zaplete ustaljenih norm politične subjektivitete in mednarodnega prava ter možno nasprotje med retorično operabilnostjo sprave in logiko izrednih razmer, ki vse bolj določa zahodni pristop k "mednarodnim odnosom"</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-G4IULQHW"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:DOC-G4IULQHW" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-G4IULQHW/f90d06a3-2d4d-4db1-8186-06282ac4365f/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Evropski inštitut za komuniciranje in kulturo - EURICOM</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-G4IULQHW/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-G4IULQHW" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
