The present article is oriented to social needs, which can be satisfied with social contacts and can be researched over work individualisation, leaders and technology supervision, conflicts and psychicaleffort at work. The research included 400 nurses in 5 hospitals, who were asked to complete the questionnaire about quality of their social work life. Nurses arranged the motivators at work, where social contacts were presented with the highest part of high motivation points. The data analysis also shows, that the quality of social contacts for 84,5% research population is of medium quality, with high satisfaction, psychical effort, conflicts and the need of being concentrated at work, but low work individualisation and leaders supervision</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Zadovoljenost materialnih, socialnih in osebnostnih potreb opredeljuje kakovost delovnega življenja. Prispevek je usmerjen na socialne potrebe, ki jih je mogoče zadovoljevati prek kontaktov z drugimi ljudmi. Raziskujemo jih zanalizo individualizacije dela, nadzora s strani vodij in tehnologije, konfliktnosti in psihičnega napora na delovnem mestu. Subjektivni vidik kaže izraženo zadovoljstvo. V raziskavo o kakovosti socialnega delovnega življenja je bilo vključenih 400 zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi iz petih bolnišnic, ki soizpolnili anketni vprašalnik. Usmerjenost na socialne potrebe se je izkazalaza ustrezno, saj so anketirani ob razvrščanju motivatorjev na delovnemmestu medsebojnim odnosom prisodili največ točk v rubriki visoke motiviranosti.
