It is adopted by almost all countries with which Slovenia is intensively trading, so it is surprising, that, while there is more than 2.500 published court decisions and arbitral awards in the world, concerning CISG, Slovenia has only a few. It may be noted, that the CISG, despite the fact that it entered into force in 1988, is still poorly known among Slovenian judges and lawyers. Consequently, the CISG is rarely applied, but when it is, the courts often apply it incorrectly, which may again be attributed to poor knowledge of the CISG"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Dunajska konvencija (CISG) vsebuje enotna pravila za razmerja iz mednarodne prodaje blaga. Sprejele so jo skoraj vse države, s katerimi Slovenija intenzivno trguje, zato preseneča dejstvo, da medtem ko je po svetu objavljenih približno 2500 sodnih odločitev in arbitražnih odločb, ki se nanjo nanašajo, Slovenija premore le peščico takšnih odločitev.
