Electrophysiological examination (elektomyography and electroneugraphy) frequently revealed no abnormality. Thenew psychophysical (thermotest, vibrameter, algometer...) and electrophysiologic tests of autonomic functions detect abnormality of small nerve fibres, which are domaged in those patients.
