Zavarovalno zaščito za te primere predstavlja zavarovanje odgovornosti članov organov vodenja in nadzora. Takšno zavarovanje lahko sklene družba za člane organov vodenja in nadzora (korporativno zavarovanje), lahko pa ga sklene tudi posamezen član organa vodenja ali nadzora (individualno zavarovanje).
