Of course, climate change affects these areas no less than others. However, scientists reported that forecasts on maintaining climatic suitability for species of European concern in some Natura 2000 areas across Europe are even worse compared to surrounding unprotected areas. From the Slovenian perspective, the most climate change exposed Natura 2000 areas, according to current forecasts, can be found in the Sub-Mediterranean or Sub-Pannonia regions. More stable bioclimatic conditions, as expected, are estimated in the uplands. Such studies, which offer an objective assessment of the impact of climate change in the area, are of immense importance to managers and decisionmakers in protected areas in order to prepare and potentially implement mitigation measures on the relevant vulnerable areas</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Evropa ima v svetovnem merilu najgostejšo mrežo zavarovanih območij. Seveda ta območja niso nič manj pod vplivov podnebnih sprememb v primerjavi z ostalimi. Tovrstne študije, ki ponujajo objektivno oceno vpliva podnebnih sprememb v prostoru, so še kako pomembne za upravljavce in odločevalce v zavarovanih območjih, da lahko pripravljajo in potencialno realizirajo omilitvene ukrepe na ustreznih ranljivih površinah</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:col-7I78E7GR"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:col-7I78E7GR" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:col-7I78E7GR/52c6ae4e-c012-4537-9af1-13bcb8fc46b3/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Mariboru, Filozofska fakulteta</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:col-7I78E7GR/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:col-7I78E7GR" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
