Tied back to the model of ancient agoras the building was mapped out during 2001 collaboratively by a team of specialists in New Music and advanced performative architecture. It can be detected - even though it has not been built - as an ongoing and creative reference projectV Berlinu, v Nemčiji, je prišlo do izjemnega projekta hiše, ki bi bila namenjena sodobni glasbi in gledališču (COB/ZOB) in bi nudila vrsto rešitev za urbano, še neutečeno zono kulturnega utripa, kjer bi se umetniške aktivnosti srečevale z vsakdanjim življenjem. Vezano na model antičnega trga (agora) je stavbo v letu 2001 skupaj zasnoval tim specialistov za novo glasbo in dospelejšo performativno arhitekturo.
