There is not much published judicial practice regarding this type of enforcement procedure or many examples of newer domestic theory, yet it is crucial these procedures are run correctly and efficiently. This type of enforcement procedure raises interesting questions and answers which may not be immediately obvious from wording of the text of the law itself. It is important for both parties and courts to be acquainted with these rules, inter alia, because of short preclusive time limits and the need for these procedures to be run quickly"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtorica obravnava postopke izvršbe zaradi izročitve in dobave premičnin. V zvezi s takšno izvršbo ni objavljene veliko sodne prakse oziroma gre za nekoliko redkejšo vrsto izvršilnih postopkov, skromna je tudi novejša domača teorija. Kljub temu je nujno, da se takšni postopki vodijo pravilno in učinkovito. Ti postopki sprožajo zanimiva vprašanja, odgovori nanje pa ne izhajajo nujno na prvi pogled iz zakonskega besedila.
