How does the reward ing of useful employee suggestions e ncourage creativity and effectiveness? Purpose: On the basis of group conversation s through focus group s, to determine whether rewarding effect s the creativity and performance of employees. Method: Quantitative method using focus groups. Results: The results of the research study showed that the organi zational unit appropriately rewards useful suggestions and that this has an impact on employee creativity and efficiency. In addition, the massive inventive activity is a system that effectively influences the success of business. Organization: Massive inventive activity has bec o me a system in which increasingly more employees from different organizational unit s are becoming a part of . An important role is by managers, who are responsible for creating a positive atmosphere and encourage employee s into innovative thinking , performance , and reward ing of useful suggestions. Society: The r esearch show s that this is part of the organizational culture and that it is necessary to transfer to new employees. Originality: Th is is the first such research in our organizational unit. Limitations/Future Research : The research study was conducted in only one organizational unit of the company</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Ali vodstvo organizacijske enote nagrajuje koristne predloge? Kako nagrajevanje koristnih predlogov zaposlene spodbuja k ustvarjalnosti in učinkovitosti? Namen: Na osnovi skupinskega pogovora s fokusno skupin o ugotoviti , ali nagrajevanje vpliva na ustvarjalnost in učinkovitost zaposlenih . Metoda: Kvalitativna metoda : s kupinski pogovor. Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali , da organizacijska enota ustrezno nagrajuje koristne predloge , in da to ustrezno vpliva na ustvarjalnost in učinkovitost zaposlenih , ter da je množična inventivna dejavnost sistem, ki učinkovito vpliva na uspešnost poslovanja. Organizacija : Množična inventivna dejavnost je postala sistem, v katerega se vključuje čedalje več sodelavcev iz različnih organizacijskih enot. Pri tem imajo po sebno vlogo vodje, ki so odgovorni za ustvarjanje pozitivne klime in spodbujanje zaposlenih k inovativnemu razmišljanju ter za izvedbo in nagrajevanje predlogov. Družba: Z raziskavo pokažemo, da je to del organizacijske kulture in da je potrebno sadove usp ešno prenašati tudi na novozaposlene. Originalnost: Prva tovrstna raziskava v naši organizacijski enoti.
