Our pntient, a 47-year-old woman, had a Ivistory significant for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated with Ionization, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and tobacco use. Zdravljenje poteka v največji meri po načelih za zdravljenje karcinomovvulve ali analnega kanala. Predstavljen je primer invazivnega, slabodiferenciranega skvamoznega karcinoma Bartholinijeve žleze. V anamnezi 47. letne bolnice izstopa predhodna cervikalna intraepitelijska neoplazija, zdravljena s konizacijo, sladkorna bolezen tipa 2, in kajenje.
