It is a disease of low malignancy. Usual locations are on the skin, in the oropharyngeal mucosa and in the genitoanal region. In the differential diagnostics, plantar warts, keratoacanthoma, amelanotic malignant melanoma as well as different pyodermias have to be excluded.
