In the municipality of Kranjska Gora communication between the local authority, inhabitants and professionals was intense and good. I dare say, it was an exemplary case of correct communication. Prikazana je sistemska napaka, ki se je pokazala ob izrednem dogodku - močni nalivi v kratkem časovnem obdobju. Načrtovanje in razvoj podeželja je proces, v katerem sodeluje množica strokovnjakov, uporabnikov prostora in ostalih uradov ter ustanov. V občini Kranjska Gora je bila komunikacija med občino, občani in strokovnim krogom intenzivna in kakovostna. Ocenjujem jo kot šolski primer pravilnega komuniciranja.
