Ta vozlišča, ki so zunaj že obstoječih javnih transportnih infrastruktur, so desegljiva le z avtomobilom in so cone ekonomskega razvoja in zaposlitvenih možnosti. Da lahko delaš, moraš tudi fizično priti na delo. Ker ekonomski razvoj obstaja izven mestnega urbanega središča, ta zemljevid zaposlitvenih možnosti najbolj prizadene revne sloje, ki so ujeti v razpadajoče urbano okolje.
