Two of them - automation of shoe lasting machine and automation of finishing process are extremely difficult to automate and are according to our knowledge first successful automation of the above processes. The focus of the paper is on automatic robot trajectory generation directly from CAD shoe design data. The paper shows also how kinematic redundancy resolution approach was used in order to design fault tolerant robot trajectories"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek opisuje štiri celice v proizvodnji obutve, ki smo jih avtomatizirali z uporabo industrijskih robotov. Dve celici - celica za nakopitenje in celica za zaključne operacije v montaži obutve - sta posebej zahtevni s stalisča avtomatizacije in sta edini primer tovrstne avtomatizacije v svetu. Tezišče članka je v avtomatski pripravi robotskih trajektorij za obdelavo neposredno iz CAD-modela obutve. V prispevku prav tako opisujemo, kako dosežemo večjo fleksibilnost z uporabo kinematične redundance robotov.
