It appears at various levels, all the way to society and civilisation. Architectural space should be designed in and for the human scale. Quality building should be marked by order and orderliness. When architecture isn't like that, it can only serve as an example of what it shouldn't be. \"Beauty\" is defined as harmony of elements, while design should be aligned to purpose, as well as content of the architectural space.
