This type of forming requires certain material properties which show different or small anisotrophy in comparison with mechanical properties of ˝normal˝ qualitysuch as tensile strength R$_{m}$, yield strength R$_{p0.2}$ and elongation A$_{10}$. Material anisotropy is determined by two methods, the cupping method where the degree of % earring is determined and the deep drawing method by Erichsen of E(mm). In designing the technology for deep drawing quality, it must first decided which method for the determination of anisotrophy will be used in the final analysis and then define the whole technological sheet flow from chemical composition to final requirements. In this paper certain experiences from the production will be presented</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Aluminij in njegove zlitine se vse pogosteje predelujejo z globokim vlečenjem. Predelava zahteva določene tehnološke lastnosti materiala, ki v primerjavi z mehanskimi lastnostmi ˝navadne kvalitete˝ kot so R$_{m}$, R$_{p0.2}$ in A$_{10}$ ne odstopajo, vendar je vrednost anizotropije drugačna oz. manjša. Anizotropnost materiala se določa z dvema metodama, z metodo ˝lončkov˝, kjer se določi procent ušesenja in z metodo ˝vdolbljenja˝ po Erichsenu v E(mm). Pri izdelavi tehnologije globokovlečne kakovosti, se moramo najprej odločiti, katero metodo za določevanje anizotropije bomo uporabljali pri končni analizi in na osnovi tega definirati celotni tehnološki potek, od kemične sestave do končne zahteve.
