The novelties that support the concentration and the speedy conduct of the civil procedure and at the same time strengthen the quality of the judge's decision should be welcomed. Some other novelties, however, such as rejection of a claim if the power of attorney has not been submitted in writing or if an attorneyćs written submission is incomplete, are too rigorous, unnecessary and harmful to the client's interest.
