The reintroduction of the tram system that would connect the wider area as a tram-train system and integrate with other transport modes is one of the possible solutions. Withoutchanges in present travel habits it isn't feasible therefore public participation in all phases is of key importance. Simultaneous introduction ofpublic spaces, enabled by the physical introduction of the system, can significantly add to the (re)designed city image that is becoming an extrenelyimportant advantage in competition between cities</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Stalno naraščajoča motorizacija v Ljubljani zahteva temeljit premislek o prihodnjem urejanju prometa v mestu in regiji. Vnovična uvedba tramvajskega sistema, ki bi povezoval širši prostor po sistemu tramvaj-vlak in bi bil integriran z drugimi transportnimi sredstvi, je ena od predlaganih rešitev. Brez spremembe današnjih potovalnih navad sicer ne more zaživeti, zato je vključevanje javnosti v vseh fazah ključnega pomena.
