The aim of our study was to asses the succes of cycles stimulated with CC, gonadotrophins and ant GnRH. Methods. 40 cycles stimulated with CC, gonadotrophins and ant GnRH (first group) were analysed and compared with 226 cycles stimulated with gonadotrophins and ant GnRH (second group). We compared the mean number of ampouls of gonadotrophins, the administration of ampouls in days, the mean number of oocytes, the percent of normal fertilisation, the pregnancy rate per transfer and the pregnancy rate per cycle. The different values of the variables were compared using Chi-square test and t-test. Results. The mean number of ampoules of gonadotrophines used and the mean number of days of stimulation were statisticaly significant lower in the first group of patients. The differences in the mean number of oocytes, the percent of normal fertilisation, the pregnancy rate per transfer and the pregnancy rate per cycle between the groups were not statisticaly significant. Conclusions. Considering of our results, we can conclude that ovarian stimulation regiment with CC, gonadotrophins and ant GnRH offer comparable results with regimens with gonadotrophins and ant GnRH with lower number of ampoules used and shorter period of administration of gonadothropins"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Izhodišča. Uvedba antagonistov gonadotropin sproščujočega hormona (ant GnRH) je omogočila ponovno uporabo protokolov za spodbujanje ovulacije s klomifen-citratom (CC), saj je hipofiza na začetku takih ciklusov popolnoma dovzetna za impulze GnRH. Namen naše raziskave je bil oceniti uspešnost ciklusov zunajtelesne oploditve, ki so bili spodbujeni s CC, gonadotropini in antagonisti GnRH. Metode. Retrospektivno smo primerjali uspešnost 40 ciklusov, v katerih smo ovulacijo spodbujali s CC in gonadotropini ob uporabi ant GnRH (1. skupina) z uspešnostjo 266 ciklusov, spodbujanih le z gonadotropini in ant GnRH (2. skupina). Primerjali smo povprečno število porabljenih ampul, povprečno število dni dajanja ampul gonadotropinov, število dobljenih oocitov, delež fertilizacije, delež ciklusov s prenosom zarodka, delež zanositev na prenos zarodka in na ciklus. Razlike v vrednosti spremenljivk smo obdelali s hi-kvadrat testom in t-testom. Rezultati. Povprečno število porabljenih ampul in povprečno število dni dajanja gonadotropinov je bilo statistično značilno nižje v prvi skupini. Razlike v povprečnem številu oocitov, deležu normalne fertilizacije, deležu zanositev na prenos zarodkov in na ciklus med skupinama niso bile statistično značilne.Zaključki.
