The model is built on classical methods of mass appraisal of property, which are supported by a geographical information model. It introduces significant novelties in the field: the use of methods ofanalytical hierarchical processing for determining technical coefficients ofsite advantages. Model izhaja iz klasičnih metod množičnega vrednotenja nepremičnin, podprtega z geografskim informacijskim modelom.
