This paper examines discourse markers in spoken Slovene by analyzing their use in two different conversational genres, a television interview and a telephone conversation. Our main goal is to establish which differences between the two genres can be observed in different usage of discourse markers. In our analysis contextual factors are deliberately ignored regardless of the fact that they, of course, also influence the features of a genre"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Diskurzni označevalci so izrazi, ki k vsebini diskurza ne prispevajo nič ali skoraj nič, imajo pa pomembno pragmatično vlogo, saj povezujejo vsebino, organizirajo potek diskurza, izražajo odnos do sogovornika, do vsebine itd. Čeprav število raziskav, ki se v pragmatičnem jezikoslovju ukvarjajo z diskurznimi označevalci, močno narašča, se z vprašanjem, koliko in kako je raba diskurznih označevalcev odvisna od žanrov, v katerih se pojavljajo, ukvarjajo le redki. V tem prispevku se osredotočamo na diskurzne označevalce vgovorjeni slovenščini, in sicer analiziramo njihovo rabo v dveh različnih pogovornih žanrih, to sta televizijski intervjuju in telefonski pogovor. Naš osrednji cilj je ugotoviti, katere lastnosti žanrov in razlike med njima se kažejo skozi različno rabo diskurznih označevalcev.
