Purpose: This article presents a framework of procedures to improve business communication in a public institution in the field of education and its aim is to invo lve all fields of management. The added value relates to the field of business communication inside and outside a public institution . The focus of this research is based on the administrative management of the institution in relation to business communicat ion and quality management with an emphasis on preparing the documentation to comply with the quality management system ISO 9001:2008. Method: Interview. Results: All employees whose work is related to administrative management of the institution will be c onsidered as indicators to improve the quality management, communication excellence and ethical principles and are going to be informed in written form. The results of this research study will be evaluated at least once a year. The findings indicate a willingness to engage employees to improve the current state of business communication. Organization: The institute carries out business communication among all employees involved in the implementation of basic education activities within the institution b ut also externally. Employees are aware that the equality of business communication is the basis for communication both in the business world, the workplace, at home, and abroad. Society: To ensure users satisfaction of the education services provided by t he public education i nstitution, it is necessary to create a user - friendly environment in business communication, which is trusted by users. Business excellence, good communication, and values will convince society to look at the institution as competitive , devoted to ethical values and professional work. Originality: The research is based on personal experience within the workplace and is currently limited to one public institution. Limitations/Future Research : The research is limited to five respondents. To achieve better efficiency the interview is repeated after one year during which the ideas are implemented into practice"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Tema raziskovalnega področja je izboljšanje kakovosti poslovnega komuniciranja v šolstvu. Namen: Članek kaţe na prikaz postopka izboljšanja poslovneg a komuniciranja v javnem zavodu na področju šolstva z namenom zajeti področje poslovodenja. Ciljna praktičn a uporabna vrednost se navezuje na področje poslovnega komuniciranja znotraj in zunaj zavoda. Poudarek raziskave temelji na poslovodenju v povezavi s poslovno komunikacijo in vodenjem kakovosti s poudarkom na pripravi dokumentacije v skladu s Sistemom vode nja kakovosti ISO 9001:2008. Metoda: Preučevana naslovna tema bo izpeljana z metodo intervjuja. Rezultati: Vsi zaposleni na področju poslovodenja zavoda bodo o kazalnikih izboljšanja kakovosti pos lovnega komuniciranja v šolstvu pisno seznanjeni. Rezultati raziskovane teme se bodo najmanj enkrat letno ocenjevali. Ugotovitve kaţejo na pripravljenost sodelovanja zaposlenih za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja poslovnega komuniciranja. Organizacija : V zavodu se izvaja poslovno komuniciranje med vsemi zaposlenimi, ki sodelujejo pri izvajanju osnovne dejavnosti vzgoje in izobraţevanja znotraj zavoda in navzven. Zavedamo se, da je kakovost poslovnega komuniciranja osnova za medsebojno sporazumevanje tako v poslovnem svetu, delovnem okolju, doma in v tujini. Družba: P ovečanje zadovoljstva uporabnikov storitev, ki jih zavod izvaja na področju vzgoje in izobraţevanja, bo doseţeno z oblikovanjem takega poslovnega komuniciranja, kateremu bodo uporabniki storitev zaupali. Jasna poslovna komunikacija zavoda bo izraţena preko organizacijskega, pisnega, elektronskega, govornega in eksternega komuniciranja. S sistemom vodenja kakovosti bo opredeljena politika kakovosti . Originalnost: Izvirnost raziskave je osebna idejna zasnova . Omejitve /nadaljnje raziskovanje : Raziskava je omejena na pet intervjuvancev. Trenutno je izpeljana le na en em javn em zavod u .
