The question is whether a new innovative model of ethical principles could be developed that would increase road safety. Purpose: The a im is to raise the level of social responsibility and relationship of participants in traffic as well as warn all participants on the importance of safety. In addition, the purpose is to share suggestions to other researchers for further research studies i n the area of increasing traffic safety. Method: We carried out a quantitative study (survey) among first year post - graduate students studying at a higher education school focused on quality management in south - eastern Slovenia. The article presents five different ethical scenarios. Results: The participants have very similar views on judging individual ethical dilemmas. The desire to increase road safety, have led to new useful suggestions for further study of innovative new ethical principles in the fiel d of safety, such as: no death victims annually, adequate road infrastructure, improved vehicle technology, video surveillance systems, and so on. Organization: Relevant authorities should promote models of ethical thinking and the introduction of codes of conduct at an early age. As such, the state, police, rescuers, fire departments, hospitals, and so on, would have fewer deaths due to serious traffic accidents . Society: By taking these results and further research suggestions into account, society would gain a new model that would be based on zero accidents annually. Originality: Research in the field of ethics and innovative ethical principles of traffic safe ty is limited. The article presents practical examples of ethical and moral decision - making that we encounter in daily traffic. But nothing much is done to make it better (\"every day the same story\"). Limitations/Future Research : The research study was con ducted on a small sample of 13 students"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV) : Bodoči menedţerji se dnevno soočaj o z različnimi etičnim i dilemami v prometu, kjer moraj o uskladiti interese vseh udeleţencev. Vprašanje je, ali lahko v bodoče razvijej o model z novimi inovativnimi etičnimi principi , ki bo vodil v še večjo varnost cestnega prometa? Namen: Namen je dvigniti raven druţbene odgovornosti in odnosa soudeleţencev v prometu ter opozoriti , kako pomembna je varnost . S člankom ţelimo p osredovati tudi predloge drug im raziskovalcem za nadaljnje študije na področju dvig a varnosti cestnega prometa. Metoda: Izvedli smo kvantitativno raziskavo (anketo) med magistrskimi študenti 1. letni ka menedţmenta kakovosti na Fakulteti za organizacijske študije v Novem mestu . V članku je predstavljeno pet različnih etičnih scenarijev. Rezultati: Magistrski š tudentje 1. letnika menedţmenta kakovosti na Fakulteti za organizacijske študije v Novem mestu imajo zelo podobna stališča razsoje posameznih etičnih dilem. Ţelja po dvigu varnosti cestnega prometa , je privedla do novih koristnih predlogov za nadaljnje študije z novimi inovativnimi etičnimi principi na področju varnosti , kot so: vizija nič (nič smrtnih ţrtev letno) , ustrezna cestna infrastruktura, izboljšana tehnologija vozil, video nadzorni sistemi, idr. Organizacija: Ustrezni organi bi morali spodbujati modele etičnega razmišljanja in uvajanja kodeksov ravnanja ţe v zgodnji fazi odraščanja . Tako bi imela drţava, policij a, reševalci, gasilci, bolnišnice ipd. manj smrtnih ţrtev zaradi hudih prometnih nesreč. Družba: Z upoštevanjem rezultatov in predlogov raziskave , bi druţba v primeru prehoda na nove metode, taktike in tehnike, pridobila nov model, ki bi temeljil na ničnem številu prometnih nesreč letno. Originalnost: Raziskav s področja razsoje etičnosti in inovativnih etičnih principov v cestnem prometu ni veliko. Članek predstavi praktične primere etičnega in moralnega odločanja s katerimi se vsi dnevno srečujemo v prometu , a nič kaj dosti ne naredimo , da bi bilo bolje (vsak dan ista zgodba).
