In times when the population number is globally increasing, most European countries are facing a negative trend. Interestingly, the termination of unwanted pregnancies also follows the same trend. In some European countries, where negative demographic trends are regulated by means of the immigration policy, only the number of children born with artificial insemination is constantly increasing. In developed countries the share of children conceived in such a manner presents an important demographic shift in the number of newborn children. Although there are not many demographic studies available, it appears that the problem of infertility is getting more and more addressed in national health policies. Recent advances in education and certification of the knowledge and institutions dealing with reproductive medicine was demonstrated by the European Society for Reproductive Medicine and Embriology (ESHRE) who support development of this part of gynecology. Significant support to the increased needs for infertility treatment was recognized in the resolution of European Parlament related to Demographic future of Europe"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V evropskih državah so demografske spremembe v povprečju podobne. V času, ko se število prebivalcev globalno povečuje, v večini evropskih držav beležimo negativni trend. Zanimivo je, da istemu trendu sledi tudi prekinitev neželenih nosečnosti. V nekaterih evropskih državah, ki z imigracijsko politiko popravljajo negativne demografske trende, je edino število otrok, rojenih z zunajtelesno oploditvijo, v stalnem porastu. V razvitih državah delež tako spočetih otrok predstavlja pomemben demografski premik v številu novorojenih otrok. Čeprav ni velikih demografskih študij, kaže, da problem neplodnosti dobiva pomembnejše mesto v državni in zdravstveni politiki. Poleg strokovnih združenj, kot je Evropsko združenje za humano reprodukcijo in embriologijo (ESHRE), ki predlagajo spremembe pri izobraževanju na področju reproduktivne medicine, je zaznati tudi večji pomen zdravljenja neplodnosti, ki ga podpira tudi resolucija evropskega Parlamenta v demografski prihodnosti Evrope"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-NCCK1F2F","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-NCCK1F2F"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-NCCK1F2F/ddff51aa-b49d-43b9-9ffe-cb2c477f1c15/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Slovensko zdravniško društvo"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-NCCK1F2F/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-NCCK1F2F"}}}}
