Three major issues that stand out in the work of the interviewee are highlighted: educational advisory work, pedagogical theory with an anthropological orientation and the theory of terminology in science with emphasis on teacher training. Pediček govori o učiteljih, šolanju in pedagoško teoretskih obravnavah. Govori tudi o svoji osebni izkušnji z drugega posveta slovenskih pedagogov na Bledu, ki je bil nekakšna prelomnica v njegovem pedagoško-teoretskem delu. Nadalje omenja svoje številne objave, govori pa tudi o direktorovanju na Pedagoškem inštitutu. Izpostavljena so tri velika problemska področja, ki izstopajo v delu intervjuvanca: šolsko svetovalno delo, pedagoška teorija z antropološko usmerjenostjo in teorija terminologije v znanosti s poudarkom na pedagogiki, ki so v nadaljevanju tudi podrobneje predstavljena.
