The accusation concerned her contact with the Gestapo interpreter Hans Gerniak, a pre-war Maribor Hitlerite, through whom, as a courier, Tetka protected herself and her relatives after being compromised by the Gestapo, while at the same time obtaining information for the resistance movement. Her case, which resulted in her acquittal after numerous favorable testimonies from former OF collaborators, was closely linked to the prosecution of the main organiser of the resistance movement in Maribor in 1943-44, Dušan Špindler, whose courier she was</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Avtorica se v razpravi ukvarja z Življenjsko potjo mariborske gospodinje Terezije Vajngerl (1913-1997), ki jo je močno zaznamovala druga svetovna vojna, ko se je izkazala kot drzna in pogumna kurirka Osvobodilne fronte za Prlekijo in Slovenske gorice, ter povojno vzpostavljanje novega družbenega reda, ko je bila leta 1949 podvržena informbirojevskemu sodnemu procesu zaradi obtožbe o medvojnem sodelovanju z Gestapom. Očitek je zadeval njen stik s tolmačem Gestapa Hansom Gerniakom, predvojnim mariborskim hitlerjancem, s pomčojo katerega je kot kurirka Tetka zaščitila sebe in svojce po kompromitaciji na Gestapu in obenem pridobivala informacije za odporniško gibanje.
