The criteria classifications of the problems used in this research correspond to those used by European (ECHA, EUROTALENT) and world (WCGTC, UNESCO) professional associations for gifted pupils and students. The methodology of content analysis has been focused on the following research problems: concepts and terminology of giftedness, identification of gifted pupils and students, fulfilment of specific intellectual, educational, social and emotional needs at home and at school, in-service training for teachers, educators and school counsellors, education of the gifted in the light of acceleration, internal and external differentiation, enrichment, sensivity of public, policy for the needs of the gifted, system of recording and information, scholarships, as well as to the question of what could be learned from Slovene experience"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Deskriptivna komparativna raziskava preučuje položaj nadarjenih učencev v šolskem sistemu v Sloveniji. Uporabljene so takšne problemske kriterijske členitve, kakor jih uporabljajo evropska (ECHA, EUROTALENT) in svetovna (WCGTC, UNESCO) strokovna združenja za nadarjene.
