This topic overlaps with certain others, mainly with the constitutional and legal arrangements of the procedure for amending the Constitution, and with the political and expert management of this procedure. Significant political, legal and symbolic meaning of the Constitution requires great care and responsibility in the process of the preparation of constitutional amendments. Within this process it is important to preserve permanent cooperation of legal and other experts and a necessary interaction between experts and politicians, and last but not least, to fully consider the legaltechnical aspects of the nature and significance of the constitutional textV prispevku avtor predstavlja nekatere praktične nomotehnične izkušnje v povezavi z dosedanjimi postopki spreminjanja Ustave Republike Slovenije ter opozarja na možnosti nadaljnjih izboljšav na tem področju. Pri tem se ta snov prepleta z drugimi vsebinami, predvsem z (ustavno)pravno ureditvijo ustavnorevizijskega postopka ter politično in strokovno organizacijo procesa sprejemanja ustavnih sprememb. Velik politični, pravni in simbolni pomen ustave terja največjo skrbnost in odgovornost pri pripravi besedil ustavnih sprememb.
