Med poškodbami trebuha so pri nas najpogostejše tope poškodbe, medtem ko so penetrantne in strelne poškodbe mnogo redkejše. Najpogosteje so vtrebuhu poškodovani parenhimski organi. Zaključki. Pomembno je zgodnje diagnosticiranje poškodb organov v trebušni votlini. Pri tem je potrebno polegnatančnega kliničnega pregleda poškodovanca uporabiti vse najprimernejše diagnostične metode.
