There are substantial changes in the proceedings in court of appeals as well. However, important and partially disputed novelties have been introduced concerning proceedings in first instance courts as well. In the article the author tries to give answers to certain questions, which have beenraised in practice during the first year since the CPA amendment has beenin force.
