Oprema ima namreč pomemben vpliv na končno podobo javnega prostora. Včasih že majhna sprememba popolnoma spremeni podobo prostora, s katerim se srečujemo vsak dan. Žal je za oblikovanje javnih prostorov odgovornih veliko krajevnih služb in upravnih teles. Morda je v nekaterih mestih na Poljskem prav ta številčnost vzrok za opazno neusklajenost dejanj in pobud.
