Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma is a malignant tumor with identical morphological characteristics to lymphoepithelioma of the nasopharynx, occuring also in other organs. Histologically, it is an undifferentiated carcinoma with prominent lymphoid infiltrate in the stroma. Acase report of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the ureter in a 71-year-old female is presented. To our knowledge, it is the fourth case of this tumor reported to date. Conclusions. The reported case of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the ureter is histologically and immunohistochemically analogous to the lymphoepithelioma of the nasopharynx. The patients was treated by left-sided nephrouretectomy. Later she developed an urothelial papillary carcinoma of the bladder, which was removed by transurethral resection. Regrettably, she died three years later of inoperablepancreatic carcinoma with pulmonary metastases"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Izhodišča. Limfoepiteloidni karcinom je maligni tumor, ki ima enake morfološkeznačilnosti kot limfoepiteliom nazofarinksa in se lahko pojavi tudi v drugih organih. Histološko je nediferencirani karcinom z izrazitim infiltratom limfoidnih celic v stromi. Prikazan je primer limfoepiteloidnega karcinoma v sečevodu pri 71-letni bolnici, ki je po naših podatkih 4. primer tumorja na tem mestu, opisan v literaturi. Zaključki. Opisan primer limfoepiteloidnega karcinoma sečevoda je po histoloških in imunohistokemičnih značilnostih ustrezal limfoepiteliomu nazofarinksa. Pri bolnici je bila opravljena levostranska nefroureterektomija, kasneje se je pri njej pojavil šeurotelni papilarni karcinom sečnega mehurja, ki je bil odstranjen s transuretralno resekcijo.
