However, as a textual type the interview was first introducedinto the Slovene cultural sphere by the (literary) arts scientist and artist Izidor Cankar, in his collection of interviews with Slovene artistsof the time, Visits (1920). A similar work, entitled Dialogues (1933), was later published by Anton Ocvirk.
