Positing that his sexism is not one-dimensional, the author introduces the concept of \"multi-sexism\" to describe the complex biological, political, and metaphysical relationships structuring his philosophical and scientific system. The analysis reveals that Aristotle’s gender hierarchy is deeply ingrained in his scientific framework, specifically regarding nature, movement, and teleology. The article argues that the debate on Aristotle's sexism is not about moral judgment, but rather a methodological question of interpretation: how to read historically conditioned philosophical and scientificconcepts without reducing them to contemporary normative categories. Three key considerations are raised: (1) gender in Aristotle’s biology and metaphysics; (2) epistemological dilemmas in feminist philosophy of science in interpreting classical texts; and (3) reinterpreting Aristotle beyond sexually hierarchical structures. The aim is to demonstrate that understanding Aristotle as a multi-sexist is not merely a criticism, but that this approach offers a tool for a more precise analysis of the historical foundations of sexual differentiation in Western thought"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek obravnava vprašanje Aristotelovega seksizma z vidika sodobnih pojmovanj spola, znanosti in epistemološko odgovorne interpretacije. Izhaja iz teze, da njegov seksizem ni enodimenzionalen pojav, temveč kompleksen sistem večplastnih, tj. bioloških, političnih, filozofskih in metafizičnih perspektiv, ki strukturirajo njegovo razumevanje narave in družbe. S tem uvaja pojem multiseksizma, ki označuje prepletenost različnih kontekstualnih oblik spolne asimetrije v Aristotelovem filozofskem in znanstvenemsistemu. Analiza pokaže, da Aristotelova hierarhija med moškim in žensko ni le ideološka, temveč globoko vpisana v njegov znanstveni aparat, v koncepcijo narave, gibanja in teleologije. Članek opozarja, da razprava o Aristotelovem seksizmu ni vprašanje moralne sodbe, temveč metodološko vprašanje interpretacije: kako brati filozofske in znanstvene koncepte, ki so zgodovinsko pogojeni, ne da bi jih reducirali na sodobne normativne kategorije. Prispevek s tem odpira troje ključnih razmislekov: (1) o vlogi spol a v Aristotelovi biologiji in metafiziki; (2) o epistemoloških dilemah feministične filozofije znanosti pri interpretaciji klasičnih tekstov; ter (3) o možnostih reinterpretacije Aristotelove misli onkraj spolno hierarhičnih struktur.
