It is questionable mainly because such data are linked to statistics of official institutions, which calls into question their accuracy, and often raises the question of what data to use, who is their controller or the law allows the use of such data and for what purposes we can use it. The Statistical Office of Slovenia, through the Slovenian Education Institutions, the Employment Service, primary, secondary schools and faculties, continuously receives data on how many pupils, pupils or students we have enrolled in the current school or academic year, how many have completed a certain level and what interests they have institutions and the state. While these are fairly accurate statistics that are useful in obtaining a general overview of general intelligence or educational structure, the question is often asked who can benefit from such data, other than statistics and the authorities who process, process and draw diagrams from them. whether they compile records for a local community, a country, or for a client. In this research case, we were looking for a region or place in Slovenia where we would locate our economic activity, to monitor climate change in the wider area of Europe and to check the impact of time and weather on the environment and space (identification and review of climate change). We needed a review of data that would allow a general choice of personnel structure in the destination activity, so we wanted to obtain data on the level of education and intellectual capital in the area. The problem with the order was also in the unknowns of what exactly the investor wanted with the notion of education by level or form of education, which was otherwise particularly interesting. Thus, for the needs of the client, we studied the level of education and the concept of intelligence, which was probably the basis for obtaining data on intelligence capital tied to a particular environment. The data was quite accurate, but it could not be fully used, because the place of domicile or movement is not the same as the place of employment, creating a certain vacuum that did not give us accurate data that was useful to the investor"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Iskati izobrazbeno strukturo prebivalstva v določenem kraju, v določeni pokrajini, v določeni lokalni skupnosti ali na državnem nivoju je vselej tvegano dejanje, sploh če smo skozi raziskavo iskali ustrezno izobrazbeno strukturo za opravljanje določene. Vprašljivo je predvsem zato, ker so tovrstni podatki vezani na statistične podatke uradnih inštitucij, zaradi česar je vprašljiva njihova natančnost, pogosto pa se postavlja vprašanje čemu podatke uporabiti, kdo je njihov upravljalec ali zakon dovoljuje uporabo takšnih podatkov ter v kakšne namene jih lahko koristimo. Statistični urad Slovenije sicer preko Slovenskega zavoda za šolstvo, Zavoda za zaposlovanje, osnovnih, srednjih šol in fakultet, sproti dobiva podatke, koliko učencev, dijakov ali študentov imamo vpisanih v tekočem šolskem ali študijskem letu, koliko jih je končalo določeno stopnjo in kakšne interese imajo zavodi in država. Gre sicer za dokaj natančne statistične podatke, ki so sicer uporabni pri pridobivanju splošnega pregleda o splošni inteligenci ali izobrazbeni strukturi, vendar se pogosto postavi vprašanje, komu takšni podatki lahko koristijo, razen statistiki in organom, ki jih obdelujejo, predelujejo in iz njih rišejo diagrame ali sestavljajo zapise za lokalno skupnost, državo ali za naročnika. V tem raziskovalnem primeru smo za znanega investitorja, iskali regijo ali kraj v Sloveniji, kjer bi umestil svojo gospodarsko dejavnost, za spremljanje klimatskih sprememb na širšem območju Evrope ter za preverjanje vpliva časa in vremena na okolje in prostor (ugotavljanje in pregled podnebnih sprememb). Rabili smo pregled podatkov, ki bi omogočili splošno izbiro kadrovske strukture v namembni dejavnosti, zato smo želeli pridobiti podatke o stopnji izobrazbe in intelektualnemu kapitalu v prostoru. Težava naročila je bila tudi v neznankah, kaj si investitor natančno želi s pojmom izobrazbe po stopnji ali obliki izobrazbe, kar je sicer bilo posebej zanimivo. Torej smo za naročnikove potrebe proučevali stopnjo izobraženosti in pojem inteligenci, kar je verjetno bilo podlaga za pridobivanje podatkov o inteligenčnem kapitalu, vezanem na določeno okolje.
