It is naturally present in the subalpine and alpine zone along sources of water, while it also appears in alpine pastures, where nitrogen deposition on soil is extreme due to inappropriately managed grazing. At the Korošica alpine pasture, alpine dock in monoculture stands already covers approximately 5 ha of surfaces and is expanding. This results not only in the shrinking of pasture lands but also changes important habitats in terms of nature conservation. The alpine dock was removed using six natural methods. We assessed the financial consequences of monoculture stands of alpine dock. Proposals are provided for the sustainable use of alpine pastures by limiting the occurrence and expansion of alpine dock"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Alpska kislica (Rumex alpinus L.) je nitrofilna rastlina, ki ima rada vlažna, osončena in s hranili bogatejša tla. V subalpinskem in alpinskem pasu je naravno prisotna predvsem ob vodnih izvirih, pojavlja pa se tudi na planinah z živino, kjer je obremenjenost tal z dušikom zaradi neustrezno vodene paše zelo velika. Na planini Korošica alpska kislica v monokulturnih sestojih prerašča že okrog 5 ha površin in se še širi. Na ta način se ne izgubljajo le pašne površine, temveč se spreminjajo tudi naravovarstveno pomembni habitati. Alpsko kislico smo odstranjevali s šestimi naravnimi metodami. Ocenili smo finančne posledice monokultur alpske kislice.
