One of the key elements for combining theory and practice is pedagogical practicums in primary and secondary schools. From students' reflections on their practicums, we have seen that it is very difficult for students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice. In order to alleviate initial difficulties and the anxiety future teachers face, we have implemented a specific micro-teaching model at he Department of German, Dutch and Swedish; students in the second year of the MA-leveč pedagogical stream participated in the model. The students' self-evaluation on the effects of micro-learning showed it to be a useful model for obtaining their first pedagogical experience because it allows students, through reflection and feedback from their didactics teachers and from their fellow students, to become aware of the didactic and methodological principles of modern foreign language teaching and thus to be better prepared for their teaching practicums</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V prispevku obravnavamo mikropoučevanje kot možnost povezovanja teorije in prakse v času študija bodočih učiteljev in učiteljic nemščine. Samoevalvacija študentov o učinkih mikropoučevanja je pokazala, da je model pridobivanja prvih pedagoških izkušenj s pomočjo mikropoučevanja ustrezen, ker študentom omogoča, da preko refleksije in povratne informacije učiteljev didaktikov in študijskih kolegov ozavestijo didaktične in metodične principe sodobnega poučevanja tujega jezika in se tako bolje pripravijo na prakso v šolah</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-Z87FRIY9"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-Z87FRIY9" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-Z87FRIY9/50915632-63df-40b8-a82e-11c5b39a244d/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Mariboru, Pedagoška fakulteta</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-Z87FRIY9/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-Z87FRIY9" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
