Pri tvorniškem in P0' Ijskem delu imajo sovjeti zaposlenih prav toliko žensk kakor moških, v nekaterih panoga'1 je število ženskih delovnih moči celo večje. Poljska dela opravljajo po večini samo s stroji: z motornimi plugi, kosami, srpi in grablja-rni ter s traktorji. Pri vseh teh strojih so za" poslene ženske prav tako kakor moški. imajo najlepšo priliko, da izkoristijo žensk0 aelovno silo, jo preizkusijo in dokažejo, kolik0 proizvajalne moči zmore žena kot delavka. Po uradni sovjetski štatistiki je bilo leta 1929 zaposlenih v industriji 26 odst. žen, le^ 1931 pa se je procent skoraj podvojil. Letos se je nekoliko tvornic, ki zaposlujejo moške 111 žensko, odločilo, da bodo z uspehi tekmovalne" ga dela dognali produktivnost ženske delovne sile. Pri enakih delovnih pogojih in z enskini1 stroji je delalo en dan 100 žensk in 100 nros-kih. Proizvajanje moških je bilo za 7 odst. večje od običajnega, izdelka, proizvajanje žensk Pa za 25 odst. Skoro iste rezultate so pokazale slične ankete tudi po drugih tvornicah. S temi tekm0' vanji in anketami so prišli sovjeti do zaključi da proizvajalna sila ženske ni nič manjša od moške, če dela žena pri stroju, ki ne zahte^3 velike telesne moči; tam -pa, kjer se zahtev« spretnost in r očnost, je produktivnost žene celo večja.
