NORMATIVNI POLOŽAJ BIBLIOPEDAGOŠKE DEJAVNOSTI V MLADINSKEM KNJIŽNIČARSTVU Tilka Jamnik, Knjižnica Otona Župančiča, enota Pionirska knjižnica, Ljubljana UDK 027.625: 006(497.4) Povzetek Živost in učinkovitost bibliopedagoškega dela splošnih knjižnic potrjuje tudi dejstvo, da vrsto njenih oblik prevzemajo sodobna didaktika pouka slovenskega jezika in književnosti, šolska knjižnica, predšolska vzgoja, gibanje bralne značke ipd. Vzporedno ko se v kurikularni prenovi v šolski knjižnici pripravlja mesto in vloga informacijskega opismenjevanja, naj bi mladinskim oddelkom splošnih knjižnic v standardih definirali vlogo "dopolnilnega" informacijskega opisme- njevanja in motiviranja za branje. Ne dovolimo, da nam v knjižnično-informa- cijskih centrih tretjega tisočletja vsa bogata in razvejana bibliopedagoška dejav- nost propade: posodobimo jo, če je to potrebno, podprimo, razvijmo nove oblike in metode dela, standardizirajmo,normirajmo, vključimo v izobraževanje knjiž- ničarskih kadrov in storimo, karkoli je pač še potrebno, da bo mladinsko knjižni- čarstvo imelo svoje mesto in možnosti za delo in razvoj. UDC 027.625:006(497.4) Summary Vividness and efficiency of bibliopedagogic work in public libraries is also con- firmed by the fact that several of its forms have been taken over by modem didactics of teaching Slovenian language and literature, school libraries, pre- school education, "win a reading-badge" activity etc. VVhile in the frames of the curriculum reform, the role and function of providing for information literacy vvill be bestowed upon school libraries, the standards for public libraries define the role of youth departments in them as providing for "supplementary" information literacy and motivation for reading. We will not let ali of our rich and widely spread activities disappear from library and information centers of the third millennium: if required, we vvill modemize them, support and develop nevv forms and methods of vvork, standardize and norm them, include them into education of library employees and do anything that might be required for youth librarian- ship to retain its plače and conditions for vvork and development.
