Prvo berilo nam pokaže, da so bili Judje pripravljeni na izhod. Drugo berilo nam govori o veri, ki je tudi neki vidik pripravljenosti. 19. NEDELJA Jezus v evangelijih večkrat vztraja, da je nujno, da smo pripravljeni. MED LETOM Vtem odlomku predstavi priliko o dveh služabnikih, ki čakata svojega gospodarja, ki je odpotoval. We were blessed with beautiful weather and an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire weekend. The park was alive with energy as our basketball, cornhole, and bocce tournaments brought out the competitive spirit in everyone, making for some fun-filled and exciting matches. The kitchen team kept us well-fed with delicious meals that truly hit the spot. Thank you for all your hard work! Saturday night’s karaoke was a crowd favorite, with voices echoing across the park in a celebration of music, laughter, and community spirit. A special thank you goes out to Fr. Drago for another beautiful Sunday Mass. This year, we were especially proud to host our first- ever ‘Bark in the Park’, where our beloved pets joined us for Mass and received a special blessing which was a touching and memorable addition to our weekend. Avgusta do petka 8. Avgusta. Okrog 25 udeležencev in 8 mlajših animatorjev, seveda pa še Heidy in Sonya in še nekaj starejših, ki so občasno pomagale pri izpeljavi programa. Vreme je bilo lepo, včasih še prevroče. Tako da se je nekaj odvijalo zunaj na travniku, senca dreves je tudi pomagala ali pa smo se zbrali v spodnji dvorani. Kaj več bo o samem programu napisala Heidy, danes samo the nekaj vrstic, več pa bodo povedale slike same. Vsako jutro smo se zbrali v kapeli, vsak je povedal za kaj je hvaležen, obenem pa smo se tudi s pesmijo priporočili. Milan Vinčec nam je pomagal s svojim glasom in kitaro, da je pesem donela iz mladih grl.
