D. 17 August 1935, No. 1765, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces ; NOW, THEREFORE, 1, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KGMG, OB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander, ORDER: ARTICLE I The President of the Tribunal shall have the power to fix, in his own discretion, the compensation which may be granted to the arbitrators provided for by Article 60 of R. WINTERTON Major General Ref. : LDfAf53f64 Zone Commander Administrative Order No. 39 AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME WHEREAS STRUKL Carlo of the late Ottocaro and of the late Teresa Klun, born at Trieste on 4 April 1905, residing at Trieste, Via Maiolica No. 13, has complied with the Law formalities required to obtain the change of his surname into that of ,,STR UKEL„ according to the authority granted to him by the Director of Legal Affairs on 19 December 1952 and has further requested that the change be valid also in respect of his wife Bacchelli Luigia and of his minor children Luciana born at Trieste on 27 October 1936 and Graziella born at Trieste on 3 December 1940, and WHEREAS said person has now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected, WHEREAS the provisions of Title VIII Chapter I of R.D. 1328 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections have been raised, NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander, ORDER: 1.
