ECONOMIC TREATMENT OF THE ARBITRATORS CHOSEN FOR THE SOLUTION OF CONTROVERSIES ON THE RIGHT TO INDEMNITY AND ON THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE CONSEQUENCES DERIVING FROM OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS
WHEREAS it is considered necessary to amend the compensation established for the arbitrators provided for by Article 60 of R. D. 17 August 1935, No. 1765, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces ;
NOW, THEREFORE, 1, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KGMG, OB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The President of the Tribunal shall have the power to fix, in his own discretion, the compensation which may be granted to the arbitrators provided for by Article 60 of R. D. 17 August 1935, No. 1765, within the following limits :
for the first two arbitrators from ..... L. 1.000.—
up to......	„ 2.000.—
for the third arbitrator from .......... „	1.500.—
up to......	„ 3.000.—
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date cf its publication in the Official Gazette. Dated at TRIESTE, this 5th day of June 1953.

Administrative Order No. 39
AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS STRUKL Carlo of the late Ottocaro and of the late Teresa Klun, born at Trieste on 4 April 1905, residing at Trieste, Via Maiolica No. 13, has complied with the Law formalities required to obtain the change of his surname into that of ,,STR UKEL„ according to the authority granted to him by the Director of Legal Affairs on 19 December 1952 and has further requested that the change be valid also in respect of his wife Bacchelli Luigia and of his minor children Luciana born at Trieste on 27 October 1936 and Graziella born at Trieste on 3 December 1940, and
WHEREAS said person has now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected,
WHEREAS the provisions of Title VIII Chapter I of R.D. 1328 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections have been raised,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	The surname of the interested person STRUKL Carlo is hereby changed into that of „STRUKEL“, which change is valid also in respect of his wife, Bacchelli Luigia and of his minor children Luciana and Graziella.
2.	The applicant will provide for the inscription of this Order in the proper register of births and the annotation at the foot of the deeds themselves, according to the existing Law.
3.	This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

APPOINTMENT OF THE TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMISSION ESTABLISHED BY ORDER
No. 77/1953
WHEREAS it is considered advisable to appoint the Technical Advisory Commission provided for by Article XVI of Order No. 77 dated 16 May 1953, containing provisions in favour of the ship-building industry,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	The persons listed hereinbelow are hereby appointed members of the Technical Advisory Commission provided for by Article XVI of Order No. 77 dated 16 May 1953 :
a)	Avv. Guido SADAR	President
b)	Dott. Fernando GHIGLIA	member
c)	Dott. Francesco MENDOLA	member
d)	Ing. Guglielmo TRESELLI	member
e)	Cap. Francesco AGOSTINI	member.
2.	Subject to the approval of the Director Finance and Economics of Allied Military Government, the effective members of the Commission may, in case of impediment be replaced by substitute members.
3.	Dr. Gualtiero Vezzali is hereby appointed secretary to the Commission ; he shall attend the meetings' without right to voting.
4.	This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

MINIMUM WAGES FOR PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY CONCERNS PUBLISHING AND PRINTING DAILY PAPERS AND PERIODICALS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minimum, Wages Arbitration Board established pursuant to Order No. 63 dated 1 December 1947 has issued in respect of personnel employed by concerns publishing and printing daily papers and periodicals, not members of category associations or not subject to collective contracts, the following Award:

L’efficacia del Lodo pubblicato con l’Avviso n. 66 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 21 ottobre 1952, integrato dal Lodo pubblicato con l’Avviso n. 79 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 11 dicembre 1952, s’intende prorogata sino al 31 marzo 1954.
Sarà considerata legittima una richiesta di revisione di data anteriore alla predetta, solamente in caso di modificazione del trattamento economico del personale disciplinato dal contratto di categoria.

MINIMUM WAGES FOR WORKERS IN THE SERVICE OF CONFECTIONER’S SHOP-BAKERY
AND CANDY STALLS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minimum Wages Arbitration Board established pursuant to Order No. 63 dated 1 December 1947, has issued in respect of personnel employed by confectioner’s shop-bakery and candy stalls not members of category associations or not subject to collective contracts, the following award :

A partire dal 1° maggio 1953 il terzo comma dell’ Articolo 4 del Lodo pubblicato coll’ avviso n. 3 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 1° marzo 1949, deve intendersi sostituito dal seguente :
Il prestatore d’opera ha diritto ad una giornata di riposo dopo un turno di 6 giornate lavorative.
Qualora per esigenze di carattere straordinario i lavoratori prestino la loro opera in tale giornata saranno compensati con la maggiorazione del 50% sulla retribuzione complessiva.
