Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I For the determination of the elements of the earnings to be taken into account for calculation of the contributions for sickness insurance due to the „Ente di Previdenza per i dipendenti dagli Enti di Diritto Pubblico“ and to the „Ente di Previdenza e di Assistenza per i lavoratori dello spettacolo“ there shall be applicable the provisions contained in Articles I, II, III, IV and V of General Order No. 47, dated 20 March 1946. ARTICLE II This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me and shall be operative as from the pay-period in course on the date of its publication. Army Ref. : LDIAI51f49 Director General, Civil Affairs Order No. 69 GRANTING OF AN UNEMPLOYMENT EXTRAORDINARY SUBSIDY TO SEAMEN DISCHARGED OWING TO ROTATION OF EMPLOYMENT WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to grant an unemployment extraordinary subsidy to unemployed seamen discharged owing to rotation of employment, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General V. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I Section 1. — The granting of the unemployment extraordinary subsidy set forth in Chapter III of Order No. 196, dated 7 October 1949, is hereby authorized for the duration of ninety days for seamen in possession of the „libretto di navigazione“, involuntarily unemployed due to lack of work on the effective date of this Order, discharged owing to rotation of employment, provided They are in the condition required by the said Order to benefit by the mentioned extraordinary subsidy. Section 2. —• The extraordinary subsidy referred to in the preceding Section shall be due as from the first day, excluding holidays, subsequent to that on which the application of the unemployed worker has been filed with the „Capitaneria di Porto“. Section 3. ■— The „Capitaneria di Porto“ shall forward the applications to the „Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale“ together with a certificate stating that the applicant’s employment has been interrupted owing to rotation, that on the date of the application he is not employed on board again and that he is inscribed in the seamen’s priority lists („turni di collocamento“). Section 4. — The time-limit for the filing of applications shall expire on the forty fifth day following that of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette. ARTICLE II Those persons who are inscribed in the nominal rolls of agricultural workers mentioned in article 12 of R.D. 24 September 1940, No. 1949, shall be excluded from the above subsidy. D. 30 December 1923 No. 3267 in that part of the Free-Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I The pecuniary punishment foreseen by Article 24 of the R.D. No. 3267 of 30 December 1923, as increased by art. 1 of R.D.L. No. 23 of 3 January 1926 and by Art. IV, Section 1, of Order No. 117 of 15 January 1948, is further increased to, from a minimum of 1200 lire up to a maximum of 10.000 lire, for each „decara“ or fraction of ,,decara“, with a minimum punishment of 4.000 Lire. Army Ref. : LDIA/51168 Director General, Civil Affairs Order No. 71 AMENDMENT TO THE STATUTE OF THE SERBIAN ORTHODOX COMMUNITY OF TRIESTE WHEREAS by Order No. 48 dated 27 March 1950 the new Statute of the Serbian Orthodox Community of Trieste was approved and, marked as „Annex A“ to that Order, WHEREAS the general assembly of the Serbian Orthodox Community of Trieste has considered it necessary to amend said Statute, and WHEREAS the Zone President has made no objection to such amendment, A OW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. Army Director General, Civil Affairs, I ARTICLE I The time limits of expiration relating to indirect taxes on business transactions as extended to 31st December 1950 by Order No. 12, dated 21 January 1950, are hereby further extended to 31st December 1951, subject to the conditions provided for in Article I, Section 1 of Order No. 213, dated 12 September 1946. The time limits expiring after 31 December 1950 are hereby extended to the same date and under the same conditions. Army Ref. : LD/A/51/64 Director General, Civil Affairs Order No. 74 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY AND OF URGENT AND UNDELAYABLE NECESSITY OF THE WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING FOR PASSENGERS AND OF AN UNDERBRIDGE AT THE SISTIANA-VISOGLIANO RAILWAY STOP WHEREAS the works for the construction of a new building for passengers and of an under-bridge at the Sistiana-Visogliano railway stop are deemed to be of public utility and undelayable necessity, and WHEREAS the project of said works, submitted by the Provisional Administration of the Railways has been approved by the Allied Military Government, NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I Section 1. — The work for the construction of a new building for passengers and of an underbridge at the Sistiana-Visogliano railway stop described in the project dated 24 April 1951 submitted by the Provisional Administration of the Railways are hereby declared to be of public utility and of urgent and undelayable necessity in accordance with Article 71 of the Law 25 June 1863, No. 2359, as amended by Law 18 December 1879, No. 5188. Section 2. — The aforesaid declaration shall have full effect in accordance with the Laws mentioned in the preceding Section as well as with the Law 7 July 1907, No. 429 modified by the Law 7 April 1921, No. 368 and with B. D. 24 September 1923, No. 2119. AETICLE II The project dated 24 April 1951 and the summary report of the works are marked as „Annex A“ and „Annex B“ respectively and shall be deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs. Copies of the Annexes are also deposited at the Provisional Administration of the Eail-ways where they may be freely inspected by all persons interested.
